SPIE Annual General Meeting

To all members of the Calgary Security Professionals Information Exchange (SPIE) Society:

    1. Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The AGM of SPIE will be held 2016-Oct-27, beginning 11:30 am, immediately preceding the regular Program meeting in the usual +15 Fifth Avenue Place Conference Room. The meeting will conduct elections for the Board of Directors, and to consider any other business that may come before the meeting.

   2. Notice of Board elections, call for nominations

In accordance with Operating Procedures, elections will be held at the AGM for all positions on the SPIE Board of Directors, including Chair, Vice-Chair (see Paragraph 3), Treasurer and Secretary, and four Members who will be assigned duties and positions as agreed by the Board from time to time. The Election Committee will be struck by the Board and chaired by the Past Chair (see Paragraph 3). Any member of the Board will receive nominations on behalf of the Election Committee, including by reply to this email. Any member may nominate any member, including self-nomination. Nominations should be for one of the four positions named above or "Member", and be received by 2016-Oct-20.
